Customer Reviews
Good tea, some delivery delay
I ordered the Earl Grey loose leaf and a new tea infuser. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, and I got a confirmation email right away. Delivery took about 7 days to get to me in Arizona, which was a little longer than I expected, but it wasn't a huge issue. The tea itself arrived well-packaged and the quality is quite good; the bergamot scent is strong and the leaves look fresh. The infuser is a standard mesh ball, works fine. I had a quick question about brewing time and used their online chat, which responded within an hour with helpful advice.
Decent value on matcha
I was looking for some organic matcha powder and saw they had a 10% off for new customers. The price per gram felt reasonable with that discount compared to other places I checked. Shipping wasn't free for my small order, but it wasn't too expensive either. The matcha itself is a vibrant green and mixes well. For the price I paid, it feels like a solid deal. I'd consider buying again if I see another offer.
Got the fruit tea
Just got some of their Fruit Tea blend, the one with all the berries. It's pretty good, tastes like fruit punch but hot, haha. Came in a nice little tin. Shipping was faster than I thought, got here in like 3 days. Was easy to order online. Definitely happy with it.
Reliable for my morning brew
This is my third or fourth time ordering from Open Door Tea. I always get their English Breakfast and a bag of the Peppermint Tea. They're consistently good. Shipping is usually pretty quick, this time it took 4 days to reach me in Boston. The tea always arrives fresh, and I haven't had any issues with packaging. That consistency is why I keep coming back for my tea supply.

Anyone know if you can use more than one coupon code at checkout? Got a welcome one and saw another for free shipping.
hey, was thinking of getting some tea from here, but curious about shipping times. anyone know how long it usually takes to get to, say, California?
quick question, are their teas actually organic or just some of them? trying to stick to organic stuff if possible.
what's their return policy like for tea? if i get a blend and don't like it, can i send it back?
thinking of signing up for their newsletter for that first order discount. how much is it usually, like 10% or something?
